1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Easydata mobile application or accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of Services

Easydata provides Virtual Top-Up (VTU) services including but not limited to:

• Airtime purchase for all Nigerian networks
• Data bundle purchase
• Cable TV subscriptions (DSTV, GOTV, Startimes, etc.)
• Electricity bill payments
• Education PINs (WAEC, NECO, JAMB, etc.)
• Other digital services as may be added from time to time

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old.

4. Transactions and Payments

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

4.2 Transaction Confirmation

Transactions are typically processed immediately. However, in some cases, processing may be delayed due to network issues, bank verification, or other factors beyond our control.

4.3 Failed Transactions and Refunds

In the event of a failed transaction:

• Auto-refund will be initiated within 24 hours
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• Refunds may take 3-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank
• If refund is not received within 10 business days, contact our support team

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not engage in any fraudulent activities
• Not attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Not use our services to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Not interfere with or disrupt the services
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our application

6. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Suspend access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons
• Modify, discontinue, or add features to our services at any time
• Change pricing with reasonable notice to users

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Easydata application and website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Easydata and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYDATA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYDATA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

1. YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES
2. ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN
3. ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR SERVICES
4. ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED THROUGH OUR SERVICES

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Easydata, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of and access to our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
